This is a Scarlett O'Hara "Gone With The Wind" Vinyl Portrait Doll by The Franklin Mint circa 1996? She has never been removed from her box and is still secured to the original packaging. There are a few accessories (a necklass, I believe, and perhaps a white crochet head piece) attached to the inside of the box, but I dont want to open the box to find out exactly what they are! There is a small stain on one side of the box (see picture) but otherwise she, and the box, are in their original condition.
